Chronic Disease Does Not Mean a Lifetime of Illness

We believe diagnoses are not life sentences. Through the power of Chinese medicine, we work with your body’s innate intelligence, helping to rewire natural processes so you can heal deeply, feel energized, and return to the vibrant life you deserve.

Our treatments go beyond symptom relief. By addressing the root cause of disease, we help your body heal itself.

This approach can be incredibly valuable for people with persistent or complex symptoms who feel like they have been treating one piece of the problem at a time.

Areas of Expertise

What do you mean by “integrative”?

Chinese Medicine is naturally integrative. Western medicine teaches us to zero on symptoms and isolate the systems of our body. Chinese Medicine, however, lays the foundation to observe the bigger picture. A symptom isn’t just a symptom in Chinese medicine; it is indicative of a larger pattern at play. The goal of treatment isn’t just to ease symptoms but make way for the body to naturally unravel the larger patterns it has adapted. In the same way, Chinese medicine takes a holistic approach to health and wellness, providing frameworks for diet, exercise and activities to increase longevity that extend beyond diagnosis and resolution.

But what does integration mean when practicing Chinese medicine in the United States? Oftentimes it looks like incorporating the information Western medicine provides, such as testing or scans, to support the treatment plan as it unfolds. Western medicine can be an excellent way to track metrics, while Chinese medicine lays the foundation to support your health outside of the clinic. When these two practices blend, it provides a comprehensive approach to blend health and life into a singular plan.

Here’s what that typically looks like for our patients:

The Foundation

Herbal Medicine is one of the five branches of TCM. Unlike Western medicine, traditional Chinese herbalists treat beyond the symptoms of diseases. See More…

Health Consultation

Consultations before each acupuncture appointment are a great way to share what you are experiencing. These 30 minute deep dives are great to understand where you have been, where you currently are and where you would like to be.
