Integrative Hormone Program

Introducing our 3-Month Integrative Hormone Program

At The Healing House, we believe there is room for both objective health data and your personal experience when it comes to understanding your health. One of the greatest challenges with modern health tracking is that it can leave you with a wealth of information but little guidance on what to do with it. This program bridges that gap. We help you understand what your data means, identify patterns, and translate those insights into meaningful action.

Where does acupuncture come into play?

Acupuncture is where we actively work to shift how your body is functioning. While hormone testing shows us what your body is doing, acupuncture helps regulate it in real time. By using specific points based on your cycle phase, symptoms and hormone patterns, treatment supports communication between the brain and ovaries, improves circulation to the reproductive organs, and helps regulate the nervous system.

Spring

Ovulation has arrived. During this short period of time, you likely feel more energetic and social. Brought on by a surge of LH, the egg is released and ovulation has occurred.

Summer

After ovulation, release of progesterone marks the beginning of luteal phase. Just like the leaves drop during the fall, the luteal phase asks you to slow down and release before restarting the cycle.
