Use of the text message-based services offered by Izabel Farynick PLLC, doing business as The Healing House – Integrative Acupuncture ("The Healing House," "we," "us," or "our") (the "Messaging Service") is subject to the following SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms constitute an agreement between you and The Healing House. Please read them carefully.
If you consent to receive SMS from Izabel Farynick PLLC, DBA The Healing House – Integrative Acupuncture, you agree to receive conversations / appointment reminders / customer care SMS from us. Opting In to SMS Messaging
The Healing House may provide several opportunities for you to opt in to receive text messages, including entering your mobile phone number on an online or electronic form, providing consent during scheduling or registration, or otherwise expressly agreeing to receive SMS communications from us.
When you opt in to our Messaging Service, you may receive text messages related to:
Appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling, and rescheduling
Follow-up communications related to your care or services
Billing, payment, and administrative updates
Clinic announcements, educational information, promotions, or marketing communications, if you have consented to receive them
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing or receiving services from The Healing House – Integrative Acupuncture.

Message frequency will vary depending on your appointments, interactions with our clinic, and the types of communications you have consented to receive.
Opting Out
You may cancel the Messaging Service at any time by replying STOP to a text message from us.
After you send "STOP," you may receive a confirmation message indicating that you have been unsubscribed. After your opt-out request has been processed, you will no longer receive SMS messages covered by that subscription.
If you wish to receive text messages again, you may opt in again through one of our available sign-up methods or reply START, where supported.

Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you from us and messages you send to us, depending on your wireless carrier and mobile service plan.
The Healing House – Integrative Acupuncture is not responsible for charges imposed by your wireless carrier. If you have questions regarding your text messaging or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy and Security of Text Messaging
You understand that anyone with access to your mobile phone or mobile device may be able to view text messages sent to or received from The Healing House – Integrative Acupuncture.
SMS text messaging may not always be a secure method of communication. We encourage you to use discretion when sending sensitive personal or health information by text message.
For communications involving sensitive health information, we may direct you to another appropriate communication method when necessary.
